Sarah Evans Receives Lavonia Hawkins Scholarship

Chico Public Library, Inc. is proud to award the Lavonia Hawkins Scholarship for the Fall 2013 Semester in the amount of $3,000 to Sarah Evans. Sarah is a 2012 honor graduate of Chico High School and will be entering her second year at Weatherford College. Sarah's goal is to become an educator and the library wishes her the best of luck in acheiving succes in education.
