Whitney Stapleton receives Hawkins Scholarship
Chico ISD graduate Whitney Stapleton is awarded the Lavonia Hawkins Scholarship for the 2019 Fall Semester
The Chico Public Library, Inc is pleased to award a $2,500 Lavonia Hawkins Scholarship for Fall 2019 to Whitney Stapleton. A native of Chico, Whitney is a 2016 CISD graduate who looks to earn a Bachelors degree in Early Education from Lubbock Christian University. Once complete, Whitney hopes to enter graduate studies in the field of Special Education. We are proud to assist Whitney as she looks toward a future as an educator.
